| 1. | Partners with HRD and Nursing Administration to develop, implement, and monitor candidate sourcing strategies.- Develops and implements a recruitment plan for nursing and other assigned positions to include recruitment of applicants through various resources such as colleges, universities, job fairs, career days, and hospital open houses. Acts as the primary liaison with external parties contracted to develop advertising/marketing campaigns for the recruitment of hard to fill nursing positions; evaluates the results of advertising and recommends changes when necessary; actively participates in the development and maintenance of recruitment/marketing brochures.
