What Youll Do Collect thorough patient histories including chief complaint, health background, medications, and allergiesPerform key diagnostic procedures: lensometry, refractometry, tonometry (including tonopen), muscle balance testing, pupil and anterior chamber assessments, visual field testing, and moreAdminister and document advanced tests such as OCT, topography, and visual fieldsAssist physicians with injections and minor surgeries, ensuring proper setup and documentationScribe during exams and accurately enter data into EMR or paper chartsCoordinate referrals, outside testing, and lab workEducate patients and assist with medication managementMaintain exam room cleanliness, stock supplies, and calibrate equipmentRotate between three clinic locations based on operational needs Youll work side-by-side with physicians and clinical staff to ensure every patient receives attentive, efficient, and high-quality care.
