The ideal candidate will have experience working with healthcare systems, understanding clinical and administrative workflows, coordinating application upgrades, supporting User Acceptance Testing (UAT), and collaborating with clinical, operational, and technical stakeholders. Support day-to-day operations and end-user needs for hospital applications, including policy management, staff scheduling, incident reporting, and Electronic Health Record (EHR) systems.
