Help Desk Technician responsibilities include:Maintain computer hardware of on-prem and hybrid network users; Respond to the needs and questions of network users concerning their access to resources on the network and the operation of various software programs; Respond to the needs and questions of network users concerning their access to Citrix applications (RDS, Sharefile, etc.); Maintain backup of all files, security, and rights; Install and update software applications as required; Establish and maintain network users, user environment, directories, and security; Update the desktop operating system as required, familiarity with Windows 10 as well as Apple OS and iOS devices; Perform software image updates and installation of desktop and laptop systems utilizing Windows deployment tools and Prism Deploy tool; User account administration including setup, rights, email distribution and security groups; Remote troubleshooting with terminal services, Labtech and other remote management software; Setup and breakdown Audio/Video equipment including, but not limited to, laptops, projectors and screens; Pay range: $21.64 – $24.04 per hour (depends on experience). Pay ranges are provided in compliance with SB1162, California’s pay transparency law; actual pay may vary based on a variety of factors, including education, applicable experience, etc.
