Work requires preparing and analyzing written and/or computer data, visual inspection involving small defects and/or small parts, using measuring devices, operating machines, operating motor vehicles and equipment, observing general surroundings and activities; work regularly requires exposure to the risk of electrical shock and working near moving mechanical parts and occasionally in wet, humid (non-weather) conditions, working in high, precarious places, exposure to toxic or caustic chemicals, exposure to outdoor weather conditions, vibration and bloodborne pathogens and may be required to wear specialized personal protective equipment; work is frequently in a loud noise location (e.g. Knowledge, Skills and Abilities: Knowledge of the materials, equipment, tools and techniques of the electrical trade; ability to acquire a knowledge within a reasonable time period of the methods and techniques of the electrical trade; ability to understand and carry out oral and written instructions; ability to acquire skill in the use of tools and equipment of the electrical trade.
