• Bachelor's degree in education, business, or related field from an accredited institution • Prior leadership experience in Student Life and/or Residence Life • Commitment to supporting the needs of students • Demonstrated ability to work with minimal supervision • Demonstrate conflict resolution, de-escalation, and intervention skills • Accuracy in reporting and attention to detail • Strong leadership and supervisory skills.
