Serve as Chief Privacy Officer, maintaining a strong privacy program to ensure compliance with applicable global regulations and managing and advising on privacy risks, and lead legal support for cyber, privacy, and technology incident response, including improving incident response processes and leading responses to network and data breaches, product security vulnerabilities, and other cyber or privacy incidents, including advice on regulatory disclosures and related litigation and other preparedness actions. The General Counsel, Digital Technology & Global Security serves as the trusted legal advisor and strategic partner to the GE Aerospace Chief Information Officer (CIO) and Chief Security Officer (CSO) and supports the broader executive team on enterprise technology, cybersecurity, privacy, data protection, third-party risk, product security, artificial intelligence, and global security matters.
