The primary responsibility of Eastern Connecticut State University's Health Sciences and Nursing Department faculty is teaching across didactic, clinical, laboratory, and simulation settings, with a workload expectation of 12 FLCs per semester, while also serving the department through curriculum development, nursing and health science research, program and student evaluation, academic advising, and participation in professional service activities.
