Operating within an active 22-bed emergency department across 22 patient rooms managing ~100 visits daily (daily census ~100) at an accredited acute care medical center, certified Level II Trauma Center, STEMI Receiving Facility, and Primary Stroke Center, this high-compensating clinical assignment features an intensive 48-hour overnight schedule (18:45 – 07:15 / 6:45 PM – 7:15 AM, four 12-hour night shifts guaranteed weekly with 8 built-in weekly overtime hours; 36-hour option also available). Unit Acuity & Ratios: 22 beds / 22 rooms; ~100 visits/day (census ~100); Level II Trauma, STEMI, and Stroke Certified; handles DKA, SOA, CHF, STEMI, stroke, SI/HI, intubations, chest tubes, and art lines; staffing ratios 1:4.
