ctively participates in rehabilitation team efforts to meet patient needs, including, but not limited to, Hand center case rounds, counseling and teaching patients and their families, discussing changes in treatment programs with MD's, coordinating health care plans with other involved health professionals, e.g., PM&R staff, nurses, social workers, prosthetics, and others, and assists in discharge planning as appropriate. Moderate- Clinical- Moderate clinical roles are patient facing roles that require continual movement, including standing, walking, and lifting 20–50 lbs., along with pushing and pulling medical equipment and assisting with patient positioning.
