Trauma Level: Facility Specific Job Notes: **Required Certifications:** - Basic Life Support (BLS) **Experience and Skills:** - Minimum of 1 year Acute Care experience - Charting system experience with Epic is required - Experience in patient ratios is required - Community hospital experience is preferred - Skills in areas such as Acute Care, Cognitive Assessment, Discharge, and Trauma Injury among others are needed **Licensure:** - Pending OH License is acceptable if MI license is in hand **Vaccine Requirements:** - COVID-19 and Flu vaccines are required, with medical/religious exemptions allowed **References:** - Two references required from within the last 24 months, with one submitted within 72 hours of signing **Local Requirements:** - Candidates must be from outside a 50-mile radius, as locals are not accepted **Travel Compliance:** - Floating to other units/facilities may be required - Must have experience with the Epic charting system - Ohio facilities require fingerprinting for specific units; results take 4-6 weeks and must be completed before starting.
