This unique practice even offers rehabilitation services for pets with underwater treadmills, acupuncture, holistic medications and other unique therapies. Many animal hospitals in the Charlotte area send us their referrals. </div><div>What you need:</div><ul><li>Must love PEOPLE and PETS.</li><li>Availability is Monday through Saturday and some holidays, although our shifts are flexible.</li><li>Attention to detail and organization. Keep your work area clean and neat.</li><li>A welcoming smile, pleasant phone voice.</li><li>Willing to learn, probably more than you thought.</li><li>Ability to stay calm in an emergency situation.</li><li>Great team communication, answering phones, taking accurate messages and setting appointments. </li></ul><div>What we do:</div><ul><li>Our CSRs understand the difference between general care, urgent and emergency needs.</li><li>Much of our team is cross-trained. If you desire to learn technical skills we are willing to teach you. Crothall Healthcare Environmental Services Intern General Description: This exciting internship will provide both challenge and satisfaction while allowing you continued career growth. You will be working closely with the leaders in the Environmental Services group at your account, developing skills and competencies to understand what is needed to be successful in the world of healthcare support services. As an intern with Crothall you will have the opportunity to perform/assist in a variety of duties to include the overall cleanliness of the hospital, managing, scheduling, and training of the frontline team members, vendor relations, and patient experience efforts, and more. Additionally, you will help ensure patient satisfaction and public relations through the safe and efficient use of our resources. This internship involves hands-on experience working in a real-world setting which will provide a stronger foundation for your personal success in a Business Operations career.
