p>Job Summary: The Lab Supervisor coordinates workflows including organizing, staffing, directing, reviewing, and monitoring related to all aspects of the clinical laboratory disciplines (e.g., Blood Bank, Chemistry, Hematology, Immunology, Microbiology, Molecular Biology, Point of Care, Toxicology). The Lab Supervisor assists the leadership team with operational and administrative functions that facilitates excellent patient care, maintains laboratory functions, and ensures policies and procedures are completed by making compliance a key priority.
