Responds to patient call bells, obtains and records vital signs, activities of daily living (ADLs) which includes bathing, feeding, repositioning, intake, output, etc., indwelling urinary catheter care, blood glucometer checks, and placing patients on telemetry. The Care Team Partner (CTP) works under the supervision of the RN to document in the patient's electronic or written chart, which may be edited by the RN, with a final authentication and attestation by the RN, attesting that the CTP's charting is accurate and complete.
