Develops and facilitates educational programs within the department, including new hire orientation, skills training, competency assessments, in-services, and continuing education, utilizing adult learning principles and evidence-based methodologies for emergency prehospital and transport services. Leads and coordinates pre-hospital care training, ensuring the effective delivery of courses such as BCLS, ACLS, PEEP, PHTLS, PALS, NRP Essentials, NRP Advanced, Advanced Trauma, and EVOC.
