In collaboration with internal and external experts, this role leverages evidence, collective system experience and expertise, and technology to plan, implement, manage, and evaluate clinical programs and initiatives, with a focus on building the memory care pathway, coordinating care across settings, and addressing organizational needs. Anticipated responsibilities will include but are not limited to: management of Providence’s Anti-Amyloid Review Board, creating, updating and disseminating systemwide education and resources, financial tracking and troubleshooting, Memory Care Pathway improvements, and the leading system-wide Memory Clinical Specialty Committee.
