In this role, you’ll help create a seamless daily experience for residents by supporting Resident Engagement and Resident Services/Concierge through a wide range of hands‑on responsibilities—setting up and resetting rooms for programs and events (tables, chairs, furniture, décor/theme items), assisting with audio/visual set‑ups (movies, virtual meetings, presentations), completing room reservations and coordinating work orders, and responding promptly to radio requests. Opened in March 2024, The Mather includes 293 independent living apartment homes, as well as assisted living, memory support, and skilled nursing, along with multiple restaurants, a fitness center, art studio, gardens and more.
