Responsibilities: Identify, build, and deepen relationships with clients through both proactive outbound and inbound contacts, to gain incremental wallet share of existing client base using financial planning, excellent discovery and profiling skills; segments include of Citi Private Client, Citigold, Priority, and Everyday Banking tiers. Appropriately assess risk when business decisions are made, demonstrating consideration for the firm's reputation and safeguarding Citigroup, its clients, and assets, by driving compliance with applicable laws, rules and regulations, adhering to Policy, applying sound ethical judgment regarding personal behavior, conduct and business practices, and escalating, managing and reporting control issues with transparency.
