From time to time you may need to assist with luggage which may require you to exert force of up to 50 pounds of force. Long hours, many of which may be spent standing, required.

Perform other reasonable work assignments as directed by the Gym General Manager and/or Member Experience Manager, to include but not limited to light cleaning and picking up of weights during gym walk-throughs. Utilize the gym phone system to professionally answer guest calls, take appropriate messages (to include name and description of question), and follow up with management for all telephone inquiries.

The Front Desk Team Member will warmly greet and direct members, guests, and staff as they enter the gym and provide control of the front door location. This position will aid with member requests, inquiries about gym operations and policies, as well as perform various administrative duties as directed by the Gym General Manager. As the initial point of contact to our club, the Front Desk is responsible for creating a welcoming atmosphere and a memorable guest experience. Must possess adequate computer skills with the ability to efficiently navigate/utilize electronic medical records. Bilingual a plus.
