Candidates must possess the following knowledge, skills, and abilities: • Great attention to detail • Excellent knowledge of local attractions and entertainment venues • Considerable knowledge of computer systems for registration, reservations and backup systems • Above average mathematical comprehension to understand and interpret numbers as they apply to operations in hotels • Ability to read, write, speak and understand the English language to communicate with employees and guests • Ability to effectively interact with internal and external customers, some of whom will require a high level of patience, tact and diplomacy, to defuse anger, collect accurate information and resolve conflicts. As part of our Front Desk team, you'll: • Welcome guests with warmth, professionalism, and genuine hospitality • Perform check-ins and check-outs efficiently and accurately • Answer incoming calls and assist with reservations and guest requests • Provide helpful information about the hotel, amenities, and local area • Resolve guest questions and concerns with care and urgency • Communicate clearly with team members to ensure seamless guest experiences.
