The Chief Operating Officer (COO) is responsible for providing strategic and operational leadership for Montgomery Place, including the Healthcare Center, Assisted Living, Memory Care, Life Care at Home, Resident Services, Transportation, Security, and other assigned operational departments. As a member of the senior leadership team, the COO is responsible for implementing organizational strategies, supporting growth initiatives, fostering a culture of accountability and service excellence, and ensuring that Montgomery Place continues to fulfill its mission of serving older adults with dignity, engagement, caring, integrity, and quality.
