SUMMARY OF JOB DUTIES Reasonable accommodations may be made to enable individuals with disabilities to perform the essential functions Serve as the focal point for the project Identify and manage project risks, issues, and opportunities Develop project plans to ensure on-time completion, within budget, and in compliance with all quality requirements Manage customer changes related to technical scope, schedule changes, and commercial impacts Track cost performance of the overall project Communicate project status and ongoing financial performance to key stakeholders Manage project performance and adherence to requirements Provide frequent status updates, milestone performance updates, and risk analysis summaries Develop and manage project schedules with defined activities and milestones Coordinate internal activities to ensure all tasks are progressing according to plan Monitor and manage team performance Manage procurement, manufacturing, and certification performance Work independently with minimal supervision GENERAL QUALIFICATIONS - Education, Knowledge, and Experience Education: A four-year college degree (Bachelor's degree) or equivalent work experience is required Experience: 2 or more years of direct experience preferred Experience with managing development project from inception to completion Skills: Experience with Microsoft office suite including Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Project Experience with problem-solving Excellent communication skills Other: Extended or irregular hours may be required Able and willing to travel domestically and internationally if required Must be authorized to work in the United States Employer will not sponsor applicant for employment visa status.
