p>As a General Manager, you will assist in overseeing all aspects of the day-to-day in-store operations, including but not limited to restaurant profitability, staffing/scheduling, inventory/stock ordering, COGS and labor management, identifying and addressing problems, employee development including reprimands, vendor management, product quality, customer satisfaction, overall cleanliness of the restaurant, cash handling, image/brand compliance and maintaining the Jimmy Johns culture.
