This role will regularly advise the board of directors, CEO, CFO and executive leadership team on corporate, securities law, governance, commercial, transactional and M&A matters, while supporting day-to-day operational needs and strategic priorities. This unique opportunity will serve as the lead corporate and securities attorney for a high-profile, global software company, partnering closely with the General Counsel and teams across Financial Reporting, Investor Relations, Executive Compensation, Accounting, Tax and Treasury, and Corporate Development.
