The Associate will work closely with the team on a variety of complex domestic and international energy transactions, including mergers and acquisitions, project development, project finance, project contracts, and related transactional matters across conventional, renewable, and transitional energy sectors. Our attorneys have broad transactional, project development, regulatory, and litigation experience across many sectors of the energy industry, including oil and gas, liquified natural gas, electricity, minerals, and wind, solar and other renewable energy sources.
