Pipeline Growth & Lead Tracking: Proactively identify and monitor commercial real estate developments, capital improvement projects, and municipal infrastructure starts across the Dallas-Fort Worth metroplex through industry platforms, bid portals, and industry networks. You will be the commercial catalyst for our Dallas practice, identifying project leads, tracking municipal procurements, and opening doors with commercial real estate developers, general contractors, architects, civil engineers, and public agencies.
