Boarding House (a kitchen and dining facility completed in May 2023), oversee the provision of three healthy meals a day to our community, and source produce, meat, eggs, and milk from our college's own farm, garden, and ranch as well as from outside suppliers. Using our restaurant-quality kitchen, the Boarding House Manager prepares lunch on weekdays and coordinates with two student cooks to provide breakfast and dinner on weekdays as well as two meals a day on weekends.
