Working closely with country-based transition leads, project leadership, and technical teams, the STA will provide strategic guidance and technical support for time-bound transition and sustainability plans, strengthen government and local partner operational readiness, and support the handover, integration, or institutionalization of service delivery approaches, workforce functions, data systems, and digital platforms. The STA will support country teams to translate transition and sustainability commitments into measurable actions and readiness criteria, assess and document progress, manage risks to service continuity and quality, and strengthen the institutional, financial, operational, and compliance capacities needed to sustain integrated HIV and other essential health services and systems.
