Working knowledge of California Title 22 regulations governing Residential Care Facilities for the Elderly (RCFE), including appraisal, admission, and exclusion criteria used to determine whether a prospective resident's care needs can be safely met by the facility. The Admissions Coordinator serves as a liaison between the facility, prospective residents, families, referral sources, and the broader community, working to effectively communicate the mission, services, and values of the organization.
