• Talent Acquisition & Workforce Planning (Primary Focus)
• Lead and execute full-cycle recruitment efforts for NICHE SPECIALIAZED INDUSTRY TALENT
• Develop proactive sourcing strategies and talent pipelines for difficult-to-fill and highly specialized positions
• Volume – Project - Always on Recruiting
• Partner with leadership to forecast hiring needs and implement strategic workforce planning initiatives
• Manage candidate screening, interviewing, offer negotiation, onboarding, and pre-employment processes
• Build relationships with NICHE SKILL, TRAINING schools, military transition programs, industry associations, and recruiting partners
• Represent the organization at industry networking events, career fairs, and recruiting functions
• Oversee recruiting metrics including time-to-fill, quality-of-hire, turnover, and recruiting effectiveness
• Enhance employer branding initiatives to strengthen market presence and candidate attraction
• Human Resources Leadership
• Serve as a strategic advisor and business partner to leadership and department managers
• Support employee onboarding, engagement, retention, and performance management initiatives
• Oversee employee relations matters, investigations, and conflict resolution
• Assist with benefits administration and annual open enrollment processes
• Ensure compliance with all federal, state, and local employment regulations
• Maintain and update HR policies, procedures, and employee handbook materials
• Support compensation analysis, salary benchmarking, and organizational development initiatives
• Maintain accurate HR documentation, reporting, and compliance records

Bringing to the Table
• Bachelor’s Degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field
• 7+ years of progressive Human Resources experience
• 5+ years of full-cycle recruiting experience with demonstrated success filling difficult-to-source positions
• Strong knowledge of employment laws, HR best practices, and recruiting methodologies
• Proven ability to manage multiple searches and priorities simultaneously
• Exceptional communication, organizational, and relationship management skills
• Experience within aerospace, transportation, logistics, Nursing or other highly regulated industries is preferred
• SHRM-CP, SHRM-SCP, PHR, or SPHR certification is preferred
• Familiarity working within FAA-regulated environments
• Experience utilizing HRIS and applicant tracking systems and payroll such as ADP, iSolved etc.
