Reporting directly to the Head of Recruiting for Prudential Wealth Advisors, this leader serves as a strategic advisor to the recruiting leaders and Managing Directors, helping ensure recruiting campaigns, tools, resources, communications and marketing plans are backed by data, market intelligence, and measurable business outcomes. This role partners closely with Recruiting Leadership, Field Leadership, and business stakeholders to identify market opportunities, prioritize advisor acquisition efforts, shape recruiting campaigns, and influence strategic decisions that drive recruiting outcomes.
