The position spans three connected areas: full-cycle recruiting for corporate and technical roles, high-volume hiring for field operations across the Permian Basin and our other basins, and building the sourcing pipelines, employer brand, and hiring processes that make the work repeatable. You will work closely with Operations, Engineering, Commercial, Finance, HR, IT, and executive management, and will represent WaterBridge externally with candidates, universities, staffing partners, and in the communities where we operate.
