Work in close partnership with HR Business Partners and our Centres of Excellence, including talent acquisition, reward and learning and development, bringing their expertise to bear locally and sharing back what you learn on the ground. You are a trusted advisor to our leadership team and to managers across production, woodworking, R&D, quality and commercial, and you also own the operational side across two legal entities: contracts, payroll, industrial relations and compliance.
