Bachelor's degree in Human Resources Management, Business Administration, Information Systems, Computer Science, or a related field required Minimum four (4) years of HRIS experience required, including hands-on Lawson administration Demonstrated experience managing HRIS integrations, reporting, and data analytics Proficiency in SQL and report-writing tools (e.g., Crystal Reports, IBM Cognos, or equivalent) Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel, including pivot tables, lookups, and complex formulas Working knowledge of HRIS security principles, including role design and segregation of duties Strong analytical, organizational, and project management skills High degree of discretion and ability to maintain strict confidentiality of personnel data. Serve as the escalation point for HR end-user system issues; troubleshoot pay and data-related discrepancies Develop training materials and deliver training to HR staff and managers on Lawson functionality, self-service tools, and reporting Manage relationships with HRIS vendors and integration partners; coordinate support tickets and enhancement requests Partner cross-functionally with Compensation, Talent Acquisition, Employee Relations, Payroll, IT, and Finance.
