Responsibilities include but are not limited to:Client Support: Provide trauma-informed, strengths-based support to tenants facing eviction, housing instability, or displacement; Support individuals with complex needs (e.g., mental health challenges, substance use, histories of incarceration or homelessness) using harm-reduction, person-centered approaches; Support clients in navigating complex service systems, including appointment preparation, follow-up, and sustained engagement; Maintain up-to-date knowledge of housing-related programs, public benefits, subsidies, and community resources relevant to tenant needs; and. Bachelor’s degree and at least one year of experience in a related area, preferably involving coordinating holistic and community-based resources, providing direct client services, case management, or navigation support within housing, social services, or legal services, or a high school diploma with 3-4 years of experience coordinating holistic and community-based resources, providing direct services, case management, or navigation support in housing, social services, legal services, or related fields.
