The Quality Assurance Supervisor leads the Quality Department and supports the implementation and administration of Sterling Foods' Quality and Food Safety programs, including SQF, HACCP/Food Safety, GMPs, Allergen Control, Environmental Management, Traceability, and regulatory and customer requirements.
