Job Summary: The Provider Talent Acquisition Specialist is responsible for leading the recruitment and talent acquisition process for healthcare providers, including physicians, nurse practitioners, physician assistants, dentists, behavioral health providers, and other clinical professionals. The Provider Talent Acquisition Specialist develops and maintains a strong pipeline of qualified candidates and builds relationships with providers, medical schools, residency and fellowship programs, professional organizations, and other recruitment partners.
