This includes surveying interests; scheduling and planning a variety of activities such as games (i.e. board games, video games, shuffleboard, Bingo), arts and crafts, music, team sports and special events; reviewing inmate records to determine eligibility for recreational activities; recruiting/coordinating volunteers or paid instructors to play with, compete with, or instruct inmates; maintaining an inventory of recreational tools and equipment; evaluating the effectiveness of the program, and making improvements.
