Minimum qualifications include bachelor degree in Human Resources or appropriate equivalent with HR focus from an accredited university, PHR Certified Professional (PHR) preferred, minimum of 8 years of human resources experience with at least three years of manufacturing experience preferred, excellent oral and written communications skills (including public speaking) in English. Language skills include ability to read, analyze, and interpret common information, reports and medical documents, ability to respond to common inquiries or complaints from customers, regulatory agencies, or members of the healthcare industry, ability to effectively present information to management, public groups, referral sources or patients and caregivers, ability to speak and write Spanish is strongly preferred.
