About the role: The Human Resources Director is responsible for providing human resources support for the facility, which includes recruiting for vacant positions, conducting general employee orientations, maintaining all personnel records and files, providing guidance and support to supervisors with respect to employee performance management, conducting employee benefit open enrollment meetings, responding to insurance and unemployment compensation correspondence, and employment verifications. Operating acute care hospitals, behavioral health facilities, outpatient facilities and ambulatory care access points, an insurance offering, a physician network and various related services located all over the U.S. States, Washington, D.C., Puerto Rico and the United Kingdom.
