Provide one-on-one counseling to help students explore career goals, interests, values, and skills, administer and interpret career assessments (e.g., personality tests, skills inventories) to gain insights into their strengths and preferences, and assist with informed decision-making regarding majors, career paths, and academic programs based on individual interests and the job market. Working collaboratively with faculty, staff, alumni, employers, and community partners, this position integrates career exploration, career readiness, experiential learning, and post-graduate preparation to ensure every student is equipped for successful transfer, employment, and continued education.
