In this role, you’ll help shape the employee experience from day one leading recruitment efforts to attract top talent, guiding new hires through a smooth onboarding process, managing employee benefits with care and accuracy, and supporting a wide range of HR functions that keep our team engaged, informed, and empowered. Recruitment & Talent Acquisition: Manage the full-cycle recruiting process, including job postings, sourcing candidates, conducting screening interviews, and follow up with hiring managers.
