Daily, Weekly, and Monthly Reports, Corporate database) Provide trainings to Intake departments related to Call Management, EMTALA, HIPAA, data entry systems, regulatory compliance, and intake best practices Monitor Intake policies and procedures for accuracy and compliance with local, state, and federal regulations When invited, attend monthly Operations calls led by facility VP, to assist with the development of strategies for improvement in key indicators and Intake Department operations Collaborate with other corporate departments (Clinical, Risk, Business Development, Finance) as needed to provide direction and support to facility Intake operations. Key Responsibilities include: Support CEO''s in recruitment, hiring, training, development, and oversight of Intake Directors On site observation and monitoring of Intake department productivity and performance to ensure effective and efficient systems for patient access to care Monitoring of Intake key indicators and trends related to calls, assessments, admissions, triage, deflections, and productivity.
