HVAC Utilities Maintenance Technician V Amentum Services IncHVAC Utilities Maintenance Technician VGroton, CT$38–$42 / hourn \nThe HVAC Utilities (Chiller Plant) Maintenance Technician is responsible for providing an advanced level of expertise in responding to work orders, troubleshooting, and providing proactive, predictive, preventive, and corrective maintenance on industrial chillers, and support systems in a pharmaceutical manufacturing environment.\n \nThe HVAC Utilities (Chiller Plant) Maintenance Technician will perform many daily general duties, including:\n\n Diagnosing, troubleshooting, and repairing industrial mechanical systems, chiller plant equipment / systems, High pressure boilers, steam turbines, pumps, valves, and pneumatic systems.\n \nSome physical requirements include:\n\n Regularly lift to 50 lbs.\n Regularly climb ladders, steps, and scaffolding\n Repetitive motions: bend, stoop, squat, kneel, stretch, reach, wrist movement\n Walk extensively throughout the plant during shift\n Work at an accelerated pace in emergency conditions\n Ability to work in confined spaces when required\n Ability to work at heights when required\n Wear steel toe safety shoes, safety glasses, gloves, hard hats, and other Personal Protective Equipment as needed.
