The successful candidate shall have experience in and be capable of the following Specific Responsibilities: Maintains, adjusts, repairs, installs, troubleshoot, tests and operates all types of air conditioners, chillers, hot water boilers, refrigeration equipment, and all controls and component parts for each of the above systems.
