Partner with IT CSE Leads, CSE team and stakeholders to prepare communications plans for IT and technology product enhancements, new solutions, mergers and acquisitions, or other changes impacting the end user experience. - Develop end user communications, such as news articles, internal social community content, email campaigns, executive communications, and user surveys for enterprise-wide channels and targeted campaigns.
