Responsibilities include, but are not limited to: planning, assigning, and directing work; appraising performance; recognizing and rewarding employees; and, in partnership with Human Resources, interviewing, hiring, and training employees, as well as addressing complaints, resolving problems, and disciplining employees as needed. This role will be responsible for overseeing a team of data analysts and database experts, managing complex data projects, and collaborating with cross-functional teams to leverage analytics for decision-making and strategic initiatives.
