Collaborate with HR, GM, and employees in providing answers to process, timeline, and general immigration questions and facilitate responses to our internal clients from our immigration provider on legal requirements, opinions, and case analysis questions. Operate as a subject matter expert to facilitate discussions with key business and HR stakeholders helping them understand the implications of non-immigrant and immigrant visa sponsorship decisions (cost, compliance, timing, process, business impact, etc.) before they are made.
