The Business Immigration Associate will be responsible for providing immigration law advice and guidance to a wide range of clients, from Fortune 500 companies to smaller start-ups. Main responsibilities will include: Prepare and file a wide range of immigrant and nonimmigrant petitions, including: H-1B, L-1, O-1, EB-1, EB-2, EB-3, PERM, TN, J-1, I-140, I-135, Blanket L, etc.
