Core responsibilities include maintaining accurate donor records in the Met's donor database, Tessitura, coordinating donor requests such as ticketing, supporting cultivation and stewardship events, drafting acknowledgments, managing affiliate group materials and related website content, helping track donor and prospect pipelines, and responding to planned giving phone/email/web inquiries. The Development Coordinator, Advancement is a key member of the Metropolitan Opera's fundraising team, supporting donor engagement, corporate partnerships, and cross-departmental coordination that help advance the institution's philanthropic goals.
